We provide 3~5 years quality guarantee for lock body and cylinders. We can send you the substituation in next order if the defectives confirmed by us. We can provide you some replaceable accessories when you order but you need to tell us beforehand.

General 600 units per style for handles, 500~1000 units for lock body and door cylinders. Some items need 1000~2000 units per order.
Q3.Can we get some free samples to do the test?
Depend on our stocks of your required styles have or not. But you have to pay the charges of certain parts and freight.
Q4.Do your factory develope or customize new items? Or put our logo/brand on products.
Yes, we do. But the mould or tool fees beared by you or agreed by negotiation.
